Oxidor térmico regenerativo

The Haarslev Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer provides highly efficient odour removal by oxidising VOC-laden vapours from rendering and fish-processing lines. Using a three-chamber ceramic heat-recovery system, it captures and reuses thermal energy to achieve industry-leading efficiency. Designed to deliver at least 98% odour reduction, it converts complex organic vapours into CO₂ and H₂O, using only a minimum of fuel. Ideal for plants with fluctuating loads, it integrates seamlessly with Haarslev rendering systems for maximum process stability.

Oxidiser control and safety

CORE-RTO stabilises combustion temperature, oxygen levels and valve sequencing for consistent ≥98% odour reduction. This optimises fuel use for burners, manages ceramic bed cycling, ensures safe startup/shutdown, and maintains reliable oxidation even under fluctuating vapour loads. Integrated alarms and predictive analytics reduce operator workload and support compliance with environmental requirements.
