At Haarslev, we continuously look into optimizing relevant processes for novel protein sources. Insect processing is an area under rapid development and we acknowledge its increasing importance in the process industry. We strive to come to the forefront together with our customers and other industrial collaborators.

In practice, this includes an extensive cooperation with several BSF larvae producers and research institutes as well as established producers to optimize Haarslev machines for insect processing. Through long-term testing with pilot machines, we will continue to refine our solutions for insect processing.
